Chris is a knowledgeable and personable real estate professional who has helped clients both buy and sell their homes since 2008. With a calm, positive approach, he works with care and dedication to achieve excellent results.
Before real estate, Chris spent 25 years in the television network news business as a video photographer for several national cable and broadcasting companies. Working with national reporters and on his own, he covered significant and breaking news events from such places as Capitol Hill, the Defense Department, the State Department, the White House, as well as many of the embassies in town. And as a result, he is familiar with just about every neighborhood, both in the city and in suburban Maryland.
In addition to having lived and worked in the DC region for most of his life, Chris’s ties to the area are deep. He is a fourth generation Washingtonian and his great-grandfather, who was the Dean of Georgetown Law School for over 30 years, owned the Hamilton House and the land where Stone Ridge School now stands. He is married to Nisi Hamilton, who also grew up in Washington, DC. She is a Program Coordinator for a well-known local Foundation. Together they have four children and live in Bethesda, MD.
Chris believes in working diligently in the pursuit of his clients’ goals with the highest of standards. The pleasure of helping people move smoothly on to a new stage in their lives is one of the most rewarding aspects of his work.
